Welcome to BidRok ("BidRok," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our construction estimating and takeoff platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
BidRok is designed for construction trade contractors, estimators, and related professionals. You represent that you are using the Service for legitimate business purposes.

You retain ownership of all drawings, project data, estimate content, and company-specific pricing information you upload to BidRok ("Your Content"). You grant BidRok a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
BidRok uses Your Content to generate estimates, run AI-assisted price lookups, and compile assemblies. We do not share Your Content with other companies on the platform. Your pricing data is scoped to your company workspace and is not visible to other organizations.
BidRok uses AI to assist with price suggestions, assembly recommendations, and repetitive estimation tasks. AI-suggested prices carry a confidence score and a source reference. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-suggested values before including them in a client-facing quote.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions. They are aids, not replacements for professional judgment.
BidRok offers subscription plans based on active projects and seats. Pricing is described on our website or provided during onboarding. Early access participants receive founding-user pricing that persists for the life of the account.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused billing periods.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption resulting from Service unavailability.
BidRok is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidRok shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost bids, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.
You may terminate your account at any time. BidRok may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
